American Cheesecake with Wild Berries

Some time ago, there was a cheesecake recipe here with rosemary and cherries. Since the cheesecake is so popular and can be prepared in various ways, today there is a delicious cheesecake recipe with a dark cocoa base and wild berries. Especially  raspberries and wild strawberries go wonderfully with the cocoa dough. Ingredients list

100 g Butter

210 g Sugar

50 g Cocoa powder

3 Eggs

3 tbsp Sour cream

1 pinch Salt

1/2 packet Baking powder

250 g Flour

750 g Quark

1 packet Vanilla pudding powder

1 packet Vanilla sugar

1 generous splash Milk
