Filet steak with spinach

Preparing a steak is basically quite simple, but there is hardly any dish on which tastes and preferences differ so much. I only eat steak well-done or medium pink, but there are many people who prefer their steak rare or medium rare. The times given in this recipe are for filet steaks that are medium pink. Ingredients

800g or 4 pieces Beef fillet

400 g Spinach

2 pinches salt

2 pinches Pepper

1 clove Garlic

some Thyme

some Rosemary

some Butter

2 tbsp Olive oil

1 dash White wine
