Cooking with insects?
On Tuesday, an EU regulation comes into force allowing house crickets to be used in food. Two days later, the same applies to the larvae of the lesser mealworm. The culinary trend has been around for a while, and insect meals have long been sold in supermarkets. For many, they are a key to sustainability, while others are less convinced of their purpose.
