I would like to import recipes and blog posts from my old food blog into my profile, is that possible? What do I need to do?

Yes, we can gladly do that upon request. However, the blog must still be online for this, and an appropriate export file must be creatable for a WordPress blog, for example.
Then we can transfer the content (posts, recipes, images, etc.) to your profile, and you can continue them on the community.
A good option if, for example, you can no longer continue your old blog or don't want to, but still want to keep the content online.
